A recording of the SPIDAWEB Radio Show, which took place at 3pm on 24th March 2018 at out space @ Kensal House Community Rooms. This radio show was the culmination of a 12 week project exploring the heritage of North Kensington buildings; Lancaster West, Kensal House, Trellick Tower and Stanley Gardens – all of which are listed, except for the Lancaster West estate, which includes the site of the Grenfell Tragedy. SPIDAWEB looked at community, social housing, and the residents who live within that social housing, plus a broadcast of radio play The Pig and Whistle, which follows Gary as he visits his local boozer in his community of Lancaster West. When a local housing manager enters, the lack of communication between his community and the people looking after their buildings causes tensions to reach boiling point.
