This free program for adults brings different people together.
Its focus is local people from North Kensington and gives them the chance to learn about all our other opportunities and programs.

Free Yoga
Thursdays, 1 PM - 2 PM
Yoga is a holistic practice that originated in ancient India, encompassing physical, mental, and spiritual elements. It typically involves a combination of postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation, and ethical principles aimed at promoting overall well-being and self-awareness.
This program of physical fitness activities brings different people together.
Young people can attend if accompanied by an adult.
