Feel the Love!

This free program of physical fitness activities brings different people together. Young people can attend if accompanied by an adult. Please refer to the schedule below:

Yoga:  Thursdays, 1.00 - 2.00 PM
Tai chi qi gong: Tuesdays, 7.00 - 8.00 PM
Kung fu: Tuesdays, 8.00 - 9.00 PM

While our space in Kensal House is now under refurbishments,
sessions are now happening in Portobello Court Community Centre, W11 2DL.
