SMILE! A PLAY FOR RADIO BY HELENA THOMPSON

Smile! is a new play by Helena Thompson – who wrote The Burning Tower. It is the second in her trilogy of plays which dramatise the Grenfell fire’s legacy. Set in an alternate reality, it uses allegory to advocate global social justice. The script was commissioned by the University of Chichester during Lockdown and is published by Methuen.
