In addition to the artistic work at Kensal House, SPID arranges free non-theatre workshops including martial arts and yoga. We also hire the space out cheaply to residents or community groups wishing to use it for occasions such as parties or meetings. Oneness Yoga teaches an awareness of breathing and a method to relax the muscles of the body. It encourages deep contemplation and the flexibility of the body.
